Uling Roasters LIston Manok

Uling Roasters caters to people who prefer traditional charcoal-roasted chicken.

With its first store opening in 2013, Uling Roasters has since spread all over the country. Now it has over 200 outlets through Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

In 2019, Philippine basketball legend and comedian Benjie Paras joined the Uling Roasters family as its first brand ambassador. He was later joined by 3×3 basketball star Alvin Pasaol.

The BAVI Academy, the training & learning resource organization of Bounty Agro Ventures, Inc. (BAVI) was officially launched last March 2, 2012 at the Roofdeck of the Prestige Tower in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. Initiated by BAVI HR Manager Ms. Jaimie E. Natividad, the Academy envisions that every BAVI stakeholder is equipped with the needed skill, expertise & values to excel in work and life; with the mission to develop champion trainers in their fields of expertise in the organization, provide effective customized & values-based training programs, and provide training assistance to business partners. It commits to be guided by integrity, credibility and excellence, with humility to listen and learn to achieve its goals.

The Academy shall be administered by the Learning and Development Support Center (LDSC) following the organizational chain of command of the department. As Administrator the LDSC is tasked to: 1) see to it that the Academy’s affairs are in-line with its Vision Mission and Values; 2) accredit trainers and/or training modules; 3) recommend policies and guidelines for approval of the President, and; 4) recommend amendments to this memorandum. In carrying out its functions the HRD may engage third parties, form committees and delegate tasks to such committees, subject to approval protocols of the corporation.

Accreditation shall be based on the Vision Mission and Values of the Academy. Accredited trainers must be regular employees. LDSC shall recommend to the President the accreditation of trainers and/or modules: only programs and/or modules that are consistent with the VMV shall be recommended for accreditation. Accreditation shall take effect upon approval by the President
