The Food Protection Manager Course is a certification program for all Rotisserie Operations person. The course will ensure that operations value food safety by consistently following the food safe procedures in order to prevent foodborne illness .  

At the end of the session they will undergo a certification exam as responsible "food handlers"

Participants are given 3 to 4 weeks to review the material in preparation for the certification exam
