This course contains module for The Food Protection Manager Course certification program for CDI personnel. The course will ensure that operations value food safety by consistently following the food safe procedures in order to prevent foodborne illness .  

At the end of the session they will undergo a certification exam as responsible "food handlers"

Participants are given 3 to 4 weeks to review the material in preparation for the certification exam
