This program is designed to level up the existing customer service approach of the company’s front liners to enable them to provide exceptional service to customers. The Customer Excellence Program was yearly offered to all Outlet Crew and this year the Learning and Development Support Center added up new concepts to make the selling year more exciting and ensure customer satisfaction. The learning session will be delivered through interactive discussions, activities and group dynamics.
